WHITE LILY PROJECT
The White Lily Project aims to increase the hygienic quality of facilities offering food in the region in collaboration with municipalities for the food safety. White Lily Project has started to be implemented jointly by Beyoğlu Municipality and JohnsonDiversey from December 2004. The practice is continuing after the public awareness and launch meeting, with the inspection visits of municipality officers to the restaurants, accompanied time to time by designated food engineers. So far, after the inspection of about 500 points, 154 businesses were controlled and found conformed to the hygienic conditions and deserved the flag of White Lily.
Hygiene training sessions were organized for companies which could not get the necesarry score. and those attending the responding to the invitation were enlightened in this regard. A large number of operator which once again made appointments for the White Lily Supervision after auditing improved their hygienic standards.
